Sangria

Ingredients:

  • Orange Liqueur - ¼ cup
  • Sugar - 2 tbsp
  • Orange (sliced)­ - 2
  • Dry Red Wine - 750 ml
  • Orange Juice (light) - 1 cup
  • Brandy or Cognac - ¼ cup
  • Club Soda (chilled) - 2 cups
  • Orange peel curls/Crushed Ice (optional)

Procedure:

  • To make this low calorie cocktail recipe take a large pitcher and in it combine all the ingredients except the club soda. Chill this for at least 2 hours.
  • Before serving this cocktail add the club soda. You can serve this low calorie cocktail over orange peel curls or crushed ice if you like.

Pina Colada

Ingredients:

  • Pineapple Juice - 3 oz.
  • Sparkling Water - 4 oz.
  • Coconut Flavored Rum - 1 ½ oz.
  • Coco Lopez Cream Lite - 1 tbsp

Procedure:

This cocktail recipe for the weight conscious is very easy to make since all you need to do is pour the ingredients over ice and ice. Serve chilled.

Margarita

Ingredients:

  • Lime - 1 slice
  • Some Kosher Salt
  • Ice Cubes - 1 glass
  • Lime Juice (fresh) - ¾ oz.
  • Low-calorie Triple Sec - 1 ½ oz.
  • Tequila - 2 oz.

Procedure:

  • Take a cocktail shaker and in it add the lime juice, triple sec, tequila and ice. Shake well for about 10 seconds.
  • Next take the lime and rub it along the outside rim of the glass. Now roll it in kosher salt. Once that is done pour the mixed margarita into the glass and decorate with a slice of fresh lime.

Moscow Mule

Ingredients:

  • Lime (fresh) - 1
  • Ice Cubes - A handful
  • Vodka - 1 ½ oz.
  • Ginger Ale - 5 oz.

Take all the ingredients and mix it well in a cocktail shaker. Once that is done strain into chilled glasses and enjoy.

Mojito

Ingredients:

  • Light Rum - 1 ½ oz.
  • Club Soda - 2 oz. 
  • Splenda - 1 pkt.
  • Lime Juice (fresh) - ¾ oz.
  • Mint leaves (fresh) - 4 to 5
  • Ice Cubes - 1 glass

Procedure:

  • First take the lime juice and pour it into the glass. Now add the Splenda and mint and stir until both are completely dissolved.
  • Next take the ice cubes and rum and add it in the lime juice. Once that is done add club soda and then complete the look with a fresh sprig of mint.

Caipirinha

Ingredients:

  • Splenda - 1 pkt.
  • Water - 1 tbsp
  • Lime (fresh) - 1
  • White Rum - 1 ½ oz.
  • Ice Cubes - a glass

Procedure:

  • You can begin to make this low calorie cocktail recipe by letting the lime sit to room temperature. Now take the lime and cut into quarters after which put it into the cocktail shaker together with the water and Splenda.

Gin and Tonic
